eCalendar fulfills the usual expectations of keeping track of appointments, events, to-dos, and memos, but it is also integrated with eContacts, eSales and eFinance. Data can be displayed from the other files, too. For example, Sales Orders from eSales, payments made in eFinance, or birthdays recorded in eContacts can be displayed and accessed in Day View, Multi-Day View, Week View, and Month View. It is very flexible in regard to what records appear. eCalendar gives you a dramatically different view of your data, and an action plan for today and the future. For those with a busy schedule, eCalendar can create recurring records. Just enter the begin and end date, and choose the frequency based on week, day of the week, etc. eCalendar also stores special dates for holidays, anniversaries and birthdays.

eCalendar has cross-tabs and charts, just like eSales and eFinance.

eCalendar can be used to track payroll hours and also features a flexible time-billing. To track and total employee hours, just enter their schedule (daily or as a recurring record) and open a crosstab to see the totals at the end of the pay period.

eCalendar is significantly different than other calendar programs, but can be used as a simple calendar, too.
