eFinance can print single or voucher checks, with or without a signature. Endorsement stamps on incoming checks can also be printed. You can manage various check and stamp layouts for different size checks and different accounts.
eFinance can split transactions, apply refunds, batch deposits or payments, report on open accounts payables and accounts receivable, and transfer funds between accounts. In addition, it can store the web address for on-line accounts, launch their site and automatically record the log-in date and time.
eFinance will also import and export a text or QIF file.
Sales tax collections are computed in eSales and paid in eFinance. All eFinance records have a category field, which acts as your General Ledger. When tax time rolls around, you will have all the data and totals you need for reporting purposes.
